INTERVAL-ocity: 3 minute intervals of high energy plyometrics, kickboxing, sports conditioning drills, and
calisthenics with 1 ½ minute intervals of muscle building mat conditioning. NO EQUIPMENT
NECESSARY! INTERVAL-ocity is fast-paced and intense and will bring out your inner athlete 0.3 ACE
CECs, 1.5 AFAA CECs, or 2.0 AAAI/ISMA CECs. Presented by Jennifer Miller 9:00-11:30 a.m. $50.

plyometrics. Sequences are designed to superset the muscle groups with heavy strength training followed by
calisthenics or plyometrics that utilize the same muscles. This class format gives the traditional barbell class
new life, allowing participants to push their limits of muscle endurance and strength. The combination of
pumping weight and jumping drills gives students both high-intensity strength and cardio in one quick hour.
Intervals are short – only 3 minutes - to encourage students to lift more weight than in a traditional barbell

FLEX-n-PUMP is a one-hour strength training class that utilizes a weighted barbell to train every major
muscle group in the body. The FLEX-n-PUMP format is comprised of 10 tracks of pumping music
combined with endurance exercises that will keep your students coming back for more. Excellent for group
fitness instructors and personal trainers. The FLEX-N-PUMP training is 8 hours and includes a study
manual. Participants will experience the class format though two master classes and have the opportunity to
practice their teaching and/or training skills. 0.7 ACE CECs, 4.5 AFAA, or 4.0 AAAI/ISMA. Presented by

Horizontal Conditioning / Vertical POWER: Horizontal conditioning involves mat exercises from a
plank, hover, or table position that use gravity and body weight to create resistance and condition the whole
body. Vertical power involves bursts of high-intensity calisthenics, plyometrics, and drills on a low bench
that elevate the heart rate and burn calories. These two formats are combined in a one-hour interval training
class that sculpt the body, improve functional fitness and posture, and bring innovative core and cardio
conditioning to group exercise classes. 0.3 ACE CECs, 1.5 AFAA CECs, or 2.0 AAAI/ISMA CECs.
